Multi-wire cutting is a new type of cutting and processing method through the high-speed reciprocating motion of the metal wire to bring the magnet raw material into the processing area for grinding, and cut the magnet raw material into hundreds or thousands of thin pieces at a time at the same time. Our magnet raw materials comply with international standards, and we are equipped with 45 magnet cutting machines and 15 high-speed magnet cutting machines. Our monthly magnet production capacity reaches 40 tons. All products undergo rigorous testing, including drop tests, salt spray tests, and more. High-quality raw materials
1. High purity rare earth raw materials
The use of neodymium (Nd), praseodymium (Pr), dysprosium (Dy) and other rare earth elements with purity ≥99.95%, combined with the scientific ratio of iron (63.95%-68.65%) and boron (1.1%-1.2%), ensures that the magnetic energy product and coercive force reaches the international leading level.
2. Advanced process to control impurities
Through vacuum melting + hydrogen crushing process, the oxygen content is controlled at <800ppm, the uniformity of iron and boron phase distribution reaches 98%, and inert gas protection melting is used to inhibit rare earth volatilization.
3. The whole process of quality verification
Each batch of raw material is detected by ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry), and the fluctuation rate of magnetic flux is <0.5%.
4. International certification and environmental protection standard
Raw materials come from compliant mines, production meets RoHS and REACH regulations, and the recycling rate of rare earth waste is over 95%.
